Monitoring the inner and outer areas of the raw materials and finished goods warehouses
Maintaining a register of fixed assets
Coordinating with other departments and the head office
Ensuring proper ventilation and cleanliness in the warehouse at all times
Issuing raw materials and additives for production
Receiving, storing, and delivering finished goods
Maintaining records and documentation
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the stock of raw materials, additives, finished goods, packing materials, and spare parts for management review
Ensuring that monthly inventory schedules are followed correctly
